Roamly · Travel made clearer
First, a quick phone check.
A compatible phone. An unlocked carrier. Two things to check before choosing an eSIM.
Confirm both before you buy.
- eSIM support: Look for an EID in your device information and an “Add eSIM” option in mobile-network settings. These are useful checks, not a guarantee that a particular travel plan will work.
- Carrier unlock: Ask your current carrier if the phone is unlocked for another provider. On iPhone, check Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock; “No SIM restrictions” indicates an unlocked device.
- Exact model: Confirm the model number and country of purchase. Regional variants and older carrier-supplied devices can have different support.
We do not make automatic compatibility guarantees based on a model name. If anything is unclear, check with the supplier ↗ (opens in a new tab) before payment.
